Shipping Policy
In order to provide you with the best quality, all products are handmade to order and processed within 3-5 business days, (not including weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
Returns
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and therefore it's guaranteed by a 30-day return policy.
We will provide a refund to the original method of payment,
minus shipping charges.
Acacia Well Body is not responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@acaciawellbody.com with the order number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Please note:
1) Samples are not eligible for return.
2) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We will only accept unopened, tested, or gently used products.
4) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Only products purchased directly through www.acaciawellbody.com will be eligible for return.
It is important that you contact us before you send in a return to ensure proper tracking. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to us prior to sending.
Sets are only eligible for return if all of the pieces of the set are included.
We cannot offer exchanges at this time.
